The Special Event (TSE 2009)

In 2009, wedding event and other event professionals from around the globe came to San Diego for The Special Event 2009 held at the San Diego Convention Center. Across the street, the Hard Rock Hotel, San Diego was the showcase for the “Bridal Luncheon” and Wedding Cake Gallery. dazzleM desserts was selected as one of eight San Diego wedding cake designers to feature their special creation for the Wedding Cake Gallery. The theme was “Cake as Fashion.”

Association of Bridal Consultants

The Prado Ballroom in Balboa Park, hosted the Association of Bridal Consultants, San Diego Region for "A Victorian Christmas ~ 2008", featuring a spectacularly festive wedding cake designed by Chef Jen, of dazzleM desserts. Chef Jen also provided the 120 attendees with a special dessert: Pistachio White Chocolate cake!

Jen showcased her new design, a couture wedding cake "Buttons and Blooms" at Allyson Simon Brides. Ms. Simon's flagship salon is located in the San Diego Gaslamp Quarter at 919 Sixth Avenue.

Annual La Jolla Holiday Artisan's Open House

38th Annual Beaux Arts Holiday Sale
